El presente trabajo contiene la ponencia del autor elaborado para el Congreso Internacional de Filosofía y es presentada como pionera en materia de lógica jurídica. El autor refiere que la palabra “lógica” debe ser resignificada para incluir a la norma en su contenido. Plantea las nociones de “lógica del ser” y “lógica del deber ser” para diferenciar la lógica de las proposiciones de la lógica de las normas. En ese sentido, el autor sostiene que la lógica de las normas se vincula al deber ser puesto que las normas prescriben pautas de conductas. Asimismo, el autor analiza la comprensión de la lógica jurídica y lógica proposicional como isomorfas y las implicancias de dicha acción. Por último, el artículo incluye las reflexiones del autor respecto a esta ponencia y sus apreciaciones actuales sobre la lógica jurídica.
