| Resumo: | This working document offers an inventory of the obstacles, challenges, weaknesses of the innovation system, the recent trends and the evaluation culture in relation with the R&D and innovation policies in 13 selected European countries. Section 2 and 4 analyses the general needs or obstacles of the national innovation systems (section 2) as well as the main objectives and trends of the R&D and innovation policies (section 4). Moreover section 5 offers a short assessment of the evaluation culture in relation to the technology and innovation policies. |
