This thesis presents results on the search for new phenomena in mono-jet events using proton-proton data collected by the ATLAS experiment at LHC collider with center-of-mass-energies of 7 TeV (in 2010 and 2011) and 8 TeV (in 2012). The results have been interpreted in the context of the production of Weak Interactive Massive Particles (WIMPs), a model with Large Extra Dimensions (ADD), and the production of light gravitinos in association with a squark or a gluino in Supersymmetry. The full 7 TeV dataset and nearly half of 8 TeV one have been used, and the results led to two papers and two public notes within the ATLAS collaboration.
