| spelling | Recaudación tributaria comparada en el cantón Portoviejo por sectores económicos, período 2011-2015 Cevallos Rosales, Laura Gabriela RECAUDACIÓN TRIBUTARIA CANTÓN PORTOVIEJO SECTORES ECONÓMICOS Estudio El presente trabajo investigativo, se enfocó bajo la modalidad cuantitativa, el cual presentó las características sectoriales del cantón Portoviejo, el cual tuvo como objetivos el identificar las ventajas, estructura y factores fijados por el Servicio de Rentas Internas en la recaudación tributaria por sectores económicos en el cantón Portoviejo, cuantificando las aportaciones por sectores económicos, donde se concluyó que los contribuyentes tienen debidamente registrada su actividad comercial en el Servicio de Rentas Internas, y se identifican al comercio, Agricultura, construcción y manufactura, la misma que se encuentra fundamentada por la imposición de impuestos para financiar las actividades del Estado y se observó que a pesar que consideran de trámite fácil el pago de los diferentes tributos, se resisten a aportar al fisco e incluso al establecer un análisis comparado con Manta, este cantón registró mayores índice de aportación de impuestos que Portoviejo, no así cantones como Jipijapa y Chone que tuvieron menos niveles de tributación. Por ello se debe seguir capacitando a los contribuyentes, mediante difusión por medios de comunicación y en las mismas oficinas del Servicio de Rentas Internas cuando realicen sus tributaciones y establecer el debido conocimiento de la tributación electrónica, que muchos no la conocen, por ello la administración tributaria debe poseer información real del número de contribuyentes y poder sectorizarlos, para que exista una aportación tributaria real acorde a los sectores económicos. This research work is focused on the quantitative mode, which presented the sectorial characteristics of the canton Portoviejo, which aimed to identifying the advantages, structure and factors set by the Internal Revenue Service in tax revenues by economic sectors the Portoviejo canton, quantifying the contributions by economic sectors, which concluded that taxpayers have properly registered their business in the Internal Revenue Service, and identify trade, agriculture, construction and manufacturing, the same that is based on the taxation to finance state activities and found that although considered easy process the payment of different taxes, are reluctant to make the treasury and even to establish a comparison with Manta analysis, the canton posted higher rate of contribution Portoviejo tax, not cantons Jipijapa and Chone who had lower levels of taxation. We therefore must continue to empower taxpayers, through broadcast media and in the offices of the Internal Revenue Service when making their tax payments and set the proper knowledge of electronic taxation, which many do not know why the administration tax must have real information on the number of taxpayers and to sectorizarlos, so that there is a real tax contribution according to economic sectors.
