Este Proyecto tiene como objetivo principal la realización de un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional para el Cuerpo de Bomberos del Cantón Salcedo, tomando como base la organización actual en busca del cumplimiento de leyes, reglamentos, acuerdos y compromisos a nivel nacional e internacional sobre el tema. Este proyecto propone el diseño de un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional para la Institución, orientado a mejorar la capacidad de servicio, las condiciones de trabajo de los bomberos y el personal administrativo, proporcionándoles un instrumento que permita un mejor desenvolvimiento en las actividades de apoyo, servicio y atención en el combate contra los incendios, mitigación de siniestros, todo ello en beneficio de la comunidad del cantón Salcedo y las de su entorno.
