Por lo que es necesario destacar que la capacitación de los administradores y docentes para que dentro del proceso administrativo y educativo que se brinde en la entidad educativa, va a considerar el mejoramiento del uso de los recursos humanos, materiales y económicos en beneficio de su eficiente utilización, favoreciendo el logro de los objetivos educacionales en los tiempos previstos. Su contenido científico estará apoyado por sustentos teóricos de orden documental y de orden electrónico, en forma actualizada e innovador porque planteará la necesidad de mejorar los procesos educativos, consiguiendo innovar los conocimientos de los docentes y elevar la calidad educativa. Es factible la puesta en marcha de este proyecto educativo porque cuenta con el recurso directivo, docente y discente, así como con recursos de estructura física y de orden económico para su ejecución. Este proyecto dentro del campo social va a contribuir al mejoramiento de la calidad de la enseñanza aprendizaje en el sector estudiantil de la comunidad a la que pertenece el colegio, logrará que los docentes cuenten con talleres de capacitación. Applied research in this educational institution, detected as a problem the lack of teacher training in the campus during the school year 2011 -2012, sidelined by lack of proper education management on campus, causing a lack of innovation and upgrading teachers. So it is necessary to emphasize that the training of administrators and teachers so that within the administrative and educational process that is provided in the college, will consider improving the use of human, material and economic benefit of its efficient use, favoring the achievement of educational objectives in the established time. Its scientific content will be supported by documentary theoretical underpinnings of order and mail order, as updated and innovative because it will raise the need to improve educational processes, innovate getting knowledge of teachers and raise the quality of education. It is feasible implementation of this educational project because it has the resource management, teaching, learning, and physical structure with resources and economic order for execution.
