Las fuerzas tradicionales de extrema derecha habían previsto las elecciones al Parlamento Europeo de 2019 en torno a la coalición electoral ADÑ —Falange Española de las JONS, FE-La Falange, Alternativa Española y Democracia Nacional— con el fin de presentar un programa euroescéptico común, aprovechando los votos de las cuatro formaciones. Sin embargo, en 2018 VOX irrumpió como elemento unificador del voto de protesta más conservadory logró eliminar la proyección de esa coalición. En este texto, centrándonos en las ideas programáticas de los partidos, analizaremos las similitudes entre estas formaciones y VOX para establecer la relación directa entre la virtual desaparición de la extrema derecha radical y el ascenso del partido de Santiago Abascal. As forças tradicionais de extrema-direita tinham planeado as eleições para o Parlamento Europeu de 2019 em torno da coligação eleitoral ADÑ – Falange Española de las JONS, FE-La Falange, Alternativa Española e Democracia Nacional – a fim de apresentar um programa eurocéptico comum, tirando partido dos votos das quatro formações. No entanto, em 2018 o VOX surgiu como elemento unificador do voto de protesto mais conservador e conseguiu eliminar a projeção dessa coligação. Neste texto, centrado nas ideias programáticas dos partidos, analisaremos as semelhanças entre estas formações e a VOX, a fim de estabelecer a relação direta entre o desaparecimento virtual da extrema direita radical e a ascensão do partido de Santiago Abascal.
