Este trabajo académico, se desarrolla en torno a la elaboraciónde un Manual de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en la empresa MIRRORTECK INDUSTRIES S.A.Inicia con el análisis de quela Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional en el Ecuador, a pesar de que se ha avanzado mucho, sigue siendo un tema recurrente, debido a la falta de una cultura empresarial y administrativa—contable, que logre entender que el principal capital de una empresa es el ser humano. Utiliza la metodología reflexiva porque su propósito es analizar las normativas NTE INEN 18001-2010 Y 18002-2010 y su aplicación en la citada empresa. El tipo de investigación es de carácter descriptivo, porque describe la problemática. Concluye con la elaboración del manual y capacitación al personal. This academic work revolves around the development of a Manual on Safety and Occupational Health Managementat the company MIRRORTECK INDUSTRIES S.A. It begins with the analysis thatalthough the Industrial Safety and Occupational Health in Ecuador has made some progress, itremains a recurrent issue due to the lack of a business and administrative/accountable culture that realizes that people are the primary capital in a company. It uses reflexive methodology because its purpose is to analyze the NTE INEN 18001-2010 and 18002-2010 standards and its application in the previously mentioned company. The type of research is descriptive because it describes the problem. It concludes with the development of the manual and staff training.
