Developments in Pragmatics and the Relevance theory applied to translation
This work succinctly presents some developments in Pragmatics that were approached in my doctorate research (Gonçalves, 2003). I also present a proposal for the application of the Relevance theory (Sperber; Wilson, 1986, 1995) to Translation Studies.
